Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Final
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law or if we are unable to fulfill your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, please provide:

Clear photos of the shipping label
Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for review.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, customs delays, or delivery issues beyond our control.
Refund Exceptions
If we determine that an item arrived damaged or that an incorrect item was shipped, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.
